We’re starting a biggest loser contest at work. 12 weeks… so hopefully that will be motivating.
I haven’t been 100% raw, I have been high raw though. I’ve been getting to the gym a couple of times a week, which is not acceptable! Man I just hope I can motivate myself! Winter has a way of making you want to hibernate. Zzzzzzz
My friend bailed on the 30 day raw challenge. I’m doing better, but not 100% raw. I’m at about 75% raw, and I can live with that for now.
I’ve got a lot of other things going on with me right now emotionally, just life, and decisions to be made. So I’m taking it easy on myself, but trying to remain positive and focused. I have been back to the gym, easing back into it. I have not been sleeping well at all. So I’m off to try!

There you are, lining up for you flu shot. I mean… you don’t want them to run out before they get to you do you??? Guess again. Flu shots are full of nasty things.
The following video makes light of it… and if you don’t believe it, do a little research. I would say 100% of vaccines contain chemicals and ingredients that are harmful to your body, maybe even deadly.
How about this… One in a million people who get the flu shot develop a neurological disease called Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Google that. SHOOT ME UP!!
Well I temporarily suspended my gym membership, since I was broke, but they reinstated it apparently. So I guess that means I need to get my butt to the gym!
I started a temp job, and i’ve decided I don’t like the typical “day job” life. I stare at a computer all day, my eyes hurt, and I’m drained.
However, I know getting back on track will make me feel better. I’ve started taking vitamins, and an extra B supplement too, so hopefully that will zap my energy levels up. The days are getting shorter, and fall is in the air!! :)
